It’s another coronavirus holiday and while we are not out of the woods yet, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the positives this holiday season.
It’s been a positive year for real estate in terms of sales and in the way we conduct transactions. From virtual showings to virtual signings, the pandemic has forced us to make our processes more accessible, more efficient and more technologically advanced.
As we’ve been spending more time at home, we are taking more pride in our living spaces (sometimes to our detriment), and learning how to maximize every square foot as we
adapt to working from home.
We’ve explored different ways to get into the housing market, from
becoming a landlord to
co-operative living.
In a year that focused on global climate change and a global pandemic, we’ve learned that we are all in this together. We are resilient and we are adaptable. And while I can’t solve either of these issues, I am doing my part to try to slow them down as best as one person can do. And I’m forever grateful and thankful to be in a profession that involves helping people.
It was an award-winning year for me and I want to thank all of my clients, friends and family who helped me achieve the Silver Sales Award of Excellence for 2021. I hope I can continue to help you in the coming year with all your real estate needs.
Wishing you the happiest of holidays and a healthy and Happy New Year.
